Shipping policy

All orders over $150.00 ship free to the Continental US. The free option will be shipped via UPS Ground and upgrades are available upon checkout. We do not ship PO boxes.

Although we usually ship the same day, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed.

UPS 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® orders need to be placed before 2:00pm EST to be shipped the same day. Do not hesitate to give us a call at + 1 (305) 901-9477 if you need to make sure you will receive your package the next day.

Next Day Saturday delivery is not available. Your order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday if order is placed before 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time on a Friday.

3 delivery attempts are available for business addresses. One delivery attempt is available for residential addresses. After that, packages are held at UPS location, within a mile radius.

UPS Ground is only available for orders shipping in the Continental US. UPS Ground will ship no longer than 48 hours after the order is placed and should take from 1 to 5 business days once shipped depending on where you are in the United States assuming there are no service disruptions.

All orders ship from Miami, FL. Here's an estimated delivery time map given to us by UPS for their Ground Services (It's not always worth the upgrade ;) ):

Estimated lead times do not include weekends or holidays. Transit time is determined by shipping method and destination. Orders requiring credit information might take additional time. Delivery times are given as estimates and are not binding. Delays in delivery shall not entitle the buyer to claim compensation or to cancel the sale, nor shall the buyer have the right to suspend his obligations towards Miage Skincare, LLC.

International Orders:

Customers from outside the US understand that Miage Skincare, LLC will not be responsible for custom duties and taxes applied on the shipment of their order. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay all fees related to the import of their order. Moreover, customer cannot hold Miage Skincare, LLC responsible if a package is held or rejected by their own country's customs authorities and understands that it is running a risk of this happening if products purchased on this website are not registered in destination country.
