What is your daily skincare approach?

“My daily skincare routine is pretty simple. I focus on hydrating my skin and moisturize it three times a week. Before going to bed, I use a ginger lotion. I’ve also been using the Bionassay three-step routine for a few weeks now, and it’s been perfect for my skin.”

Establishing Effortless Wellness Habits

When asked about his wellness routine, Rédouane follows a more organic approach to movement. 

 “Firstly, getting the right amount of sleep is key for me; I aim for 7 hours and 30 minutes every night. I run 4-5 miles every morning, almost as soon as I wake up, which helps activate my body and ensures I get some sunlight. After my run, I take a cold shower. In the evenings, I do weight training or boxing, and I visit the sauna or steam room 3-4 times a week.”
